Customize your own coffee blend

Everyone has a different definition of what makes a good cup of coffee. Some say coffee must be bold and bitter, while others prefer the gentle smoothness and bright acidity of Arabica. At Twin Beans Farm, we believe the best cup of coffee is the one made just for you — exactly the way you like it. Located in Đạ Sar, at the foot of the Lang Biang mountain range, our farm sits in one of the rare regions in Vietnam with the perfect conditions for cultivating Arabica coffee of exceptional quality. With our roastery right on the farm, we are involved in the entire process — from cultivation and harvesting to processing, roasting, and delivering the freshest batches directly to you.

1. Choose your blend ratio

The first choice you can make is the blend ratio between Arabica & Robusta:

  • Arabica offers mild bitterness, bright acidity, and a rich aroma with fruity and honey notes.
  • Robusta delivers a bold, intense flavor with a clear bitterness and higher caffeine content.

Our Arabica beans come from Twin Beans Farm and other farms in Đạ Sar, while our Robusta beans are sourced from Lâm Hà, Lâm Đồng, and processed by local farmers in Đạ Sar. You can set your blend according to your taste: more Robusta for a bolder, stronger profile (while still keeping some Arabica for aroma and finesse), or more Arabica if you prefer a lighter, more aromatic cup.

2. Choose your roast level

The second choice is the roast level, which significantly influences flavor:

  • Light to medium roast retains bright acidity and fruity notes, perfect for manual brewing methods like pour-over or cold brew — ideal for 100% Arabica.
  • Dark roast brings out bitterness, full body, and simple nutty or dark chocolate notes — perfect for iced milk coffee or espresso.
3. Choose your grind

The third choice is the grind size, which depends on how you brew coffee at home:

  • Espresso machine (fine)
  • Pour-over (medium-fine)
  • Vietnamese phin (medium)
  • Cold brew (coarse)
  • Or, if you have your own grinder, you can opt for whole beans and grind them fresh whenever you brew for maximum freshness.
