Arabica beans sourced from Twin Beans Farm (Đạ Sar, Lạc Dương, Lâm Đồng). Robusta beans sourced from Lâm Hà District, Lâm Đồng Province, processed by K’Ho ethnic farmers in Đa Sar, and roasted and ground at Twin Beans Farm. Rich, full-bodied flavor. Ideal for brewing with a Vietnamese phin.

With Robusta making up 70% of the blend, the coffee gains strength and boldness. Robusta coffee has a more pronounced bitterness, lower acidity, and generally a heavier body compared to Arabica. You’ll taste a clear bitterness along with richness and a full-bodied “weight” in every sip.
Arabica at 30% brings balance to the blend, adding gentle acidity and natural sweetness. Arabica beans tend to have a more complex flavor profile, with fruity, floral, or naturally sweet notes. You may notice delicate nuances like ripe fruit, chocolate, or hazelnut, along with a touch of brightness that softens Robusta’s bitterness. With a high Robusta content, the coffee will have a dense, smooth texture and create a thick, velvety crema when brewed as espresso.
While Robusta contributes intensity, the presence of Arabica reduces harshness and enhances balance, making the flavor richer and more pleasant. This blend works well for both black coffee and milk-based drinks.
