In spring, right at this time of year, the coffee fields are blanketed in white blossoms, carrying a gentle fragrance in the breeze. A new cycle at the farm begins.

By May and June, the first summer rains fall, and the earliest coffee cherries appear. Through sun and rain, the cherries grow, lush green and plump.

In November, the farm enters harvest season. The air turns crisp, and the cherries ripen to a deep, vibrant red. Each one is carefully handpicked and meticulously processed. By February, processing is complete — the green beans are bagged and ready for roasting. The circle closes, ready to begin anew.

We’ve realized that caring for a coffee tree isn’t just about waiting for the harvest day. It’s a journey of attentive observation, patient waiting, and respecting nature’s rhythm.

If you’d like to join us on this journey, take part in the “Adopt a Coffee Tree ” project. Follow your coffee tree’s growth, and receive premium beans — from our farm, directly to your hands.
