In 2022, a new chapter began at Twin Beans Farm. After years of nurturing our coffee trees and perfecting sustainable farming practices, we took the next step — building our very own roastery, right here on the farm.

That first roast in early 2022 was more than just coffee; it was the essence of our land, our people, and our promise to keep every step of the journey close to home.

In Spring 2022, the scent of Arabica blossoms filled the air, and our first batches of carefully harvested cherries were processed just a few meters from where they had grown. The dream of “from farm to cup” was no longer a slogan — it was reality.

Harvest Season

By November, bright red cherries were handpicked, sorted, and dried under the watchful eyes of our team. Every batch carried the story of its own micro-lot, the unique conditions of the soil, sun, and rain that shaped it.

Processing coffee

At Twin Beans Farm, processing coffee is where the hard work of the fields transforms into the foundation of flavor. Once our cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, they are meticulously sorted to ensure only the best make it through. 

Depending on the desired profile, we apply careful processing methods — from washed to natural — always with close attention to temperature, moisture, and cleanliness. Each batch is dried slowly under the highland sun or in controlled conditions to preserve its unique aromas. By the time the green beans are ready for roasting, they already carry the signature of our land, our climate, and our commitment to quality.

Roasting & Crafting

With our small-batch hot-air roaster, we began experimenting with roast profiles to bring out the finest qualities of each bean. We offered partners and coffee lovers the chance to choose their blend ratios and roast levels — making every cup truly personal.

Today, every bag of Twin Beans coffee still comes from this same process:
